How to find us
Planes
We have several airports within the area the closest being TOURS. Ryanair fly direct from Stansted to Tours is by far the easiest and quickest. Book a hire car in advance and we are just a quick 35 minute drive. Other airports that serve the area are : CDG Paris and Nantes.
Trains
Our farm is just 15 minutes from the station at Chateau du Loir. The train journey from Paris is approximately 2 hours, or under an hour if you travel from Montparnasse to Le Mans! We are happy to collect you from Chateau du Loir. However we do recommend you hire a car if you want to visit the local area, it really is essential.
And Automobiles!
We are just 10 minutes from Junction 26 on the A28 and we’re pinned on Google maps as Loire Valley Llama Farm Stay.
From the UK, we always prefer to drive via the Eurotunnel. From Calais, the journey is straight forward and takes approximately 4,5 hours. Other options are ferry crossings : Plymouth to Roscoff, Portsmouth to Le Havre / Caen, Newhaven to Dieppe, or Folkstone to Calais.
Self Catering or Room Only!
